CityFix Appliance provides on-site diagnosis and repair services for major household appliances. We strive to accurately diagnose and fix issues based on industry standards.
Diagnostics: A technician will visit your location to inspect the appliance. A “Service Call Fee” applies for this visit.
Repairs: If you proceed with the repair, the Service Call Fee is [typically waived/deducted] from the final bill.

We stock our trucks with common parts. However, some repairs require ordering special parts.
Shipping Times: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or manufacturer backorders.
Deposits: Special order parts may require a non-refundable deposit.
