You will get notification once appointment is confirmed. Communication: Communication was smooth the whole way through. By call or text. Diagnosis and Fix: Quick and accurate diagnosis. No doubt they are professional and experienced. Turnout mine needed to replace a broken part. Fix my dishwasher efficiently. Bill: I would say not the lowest price I have seen online but the quality of work made it well worth every penny. And you get 3 months warranty. My dishwasher working again like a charm. Washing machine gave out, starting shaking violently, I was not able to use it at all. I looked online for new machines, but thought what about repairs? I Googled appliance services in Glendale and Cityfix was one of the first results. I read the reviews and thought, why not? I called them and spoke with a representative and amazingly, I was able to be seen that day! David communicated with me en route, provided his diagnosis, and presented his solution. Needless to say, his expertise, his professionalism, and eagerness to help, made me feel comfortable and brought a tremendous amount of relief. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The technician was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He didn’t explain what the issue was and just demanded payment after doing minimal work. The appliance stopped working again within a few days. Clearly, they lack both skill and customer care.
